| Players in Italy's Serie A are planning to go on strike later this month in a dispute over their contracts. The strike, supported by the captains of all 20 clubs, is planned for the last weekend of September. If the strike goes ahead it will cause havoc with television broadcasters and the league schedule for the rest of the season. | ||||||
