Higgins cleared of fixing claims

Former world snooker champion John Higgins has been cleared of bribery allegations but banned for six months and fined 75,000 pounds for bringing the game into disrepute. It follows allegations by a British newspaper that Higgins tried to bet against himself at last year's world championships.
