Sub-atomic particle collider restarted

Scientists in Europe have restarted a giant sub-atomic particle collider in Scientists at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research, CERN, have restarted the giant sub-atomic particle collider -- known as the Large Hadron Collider. It's the world's largest machine, and first started experimental operation last year, but was shut down after only a few days with serious technical faults. Now, the researchers at the European Organisation for Nuclear Research are, once again, making beams of particles circulate in tunnels under the French-Swiss border.
