The founder of the Democratic
Party, Martin Lee, says he
believes the real mastermind
of an alleged plot to murder
him and media mogul Jimmy Lai,
is still at large. Thirteen
people have been arrested in
Shenzhen in connection with
the case, and ten have already
been tried. Mr Lee said the
investigation may now have
stopped at its most critical
point. He said he hopes Hong
Kong and mainland police will
continue with their inquiries.
