A study has found that consumer confidence in Hong Kong is improving. The survey of just over 1,000 people was conducted by the Bauhinia Foundation Research Centre. More than half of those interviewed said they expected economic conditions to improve, but many remained cautious about spending. More than 50 percent said they would spend the same, while 30 percent planned to spend less.
