Big falls on Middle East markets

The main stock markets in the Middle East have opened this week's trading with big falls. Egypt's main index lost more than nine percent of its share value, while in Dubai share prices dropped by six percent. The Kuwait Stock Exchange was down two-point-five percent. Prices on Israel's stock market fell by about eight percent, after a delayed opening because of projections of large losses.
