| A three-year-old boy who developed a fever and cough three days ago is in critical condition in Kwong Wah Hospital. According to the Center for Health Protection, the boy was admitted to hospital when he experienced convulsions. Initial investigations suggested sepsis - a serious response to infection, and encephalopathy - a disease of the brain. Laboratory tests are pending. | ||||||
