The US Coast Guard says limited ship movement has resumed on the Mississippi River following an oil spill that's caused massive disruption. Up to two hundred commercial vessels were stranded after a 150-kilometre stretch of water was closed between the Gulf of Mexico and New Orleans - one of the world's busiest ports. About one-and-a-half million litres of fuel oil spilled into the Mississippi on Wednesday.
