Major earthquake strikes at sea

A powerful earthquake has
struck in the Pacific Ocean
between Taiwan and the
Philippines. The Hong Kong
Observatory says the epicentre
was initially determined to be
in the Luzon strait. There
were no immediate reports of
casualties or damage and no
tsunami warning was issued.
