The polls have closed in Kuwait's national election -- and the results are being eagerly awaited. Much is at stake... A re-organisation of voting may make a difference to the outcome and it's only the second time women have been allowed to stand as candidates or vote. The ballot was called after the early dissolution of parliament by the country's Emir.
