Lebanese factions begin talks in Qatar

Leaders of Lebanon's feuding factions have begun talks in Qatar aimed at ending this week's military confrontation in which more than sixty people died. The representatives of the Lebanese government and the opposition are expected to stay in the Qatari capital Doha until they agree on a new government and the reform of electoral law.
