Israel has resumed shipments of fuel to the only power plant in Gaza. The plant, which supplies electricity to about a third of Gaza's one-and-a-half million people, had shut down on Saturday because of a lack of fuel. Israel has been limiting fuel shipments to the territory in an attempt to force Palestinian militants in Gaza to stop firing rockets into Israel.
