The appeal by convicted murderess, Nancy Kissel, has been adjourned until next week so the
prosecution can respond to
legal points put forward by
the defence. Mrs Kissel's lawyer argued that material about her mental condition from a bail hearing shouldn't have been used at her trial. She was jailed for life in
2005 for murdering her
investment banker husband,
Robert Kissel, two years earlier. The jury found that she drugged him before bludgeoning him to death.
