China has approved the extradition of a South Korean cult leader who's accused of raping his female followers. The man, Jeong Myeong-seok, left Korea in 1999 and was arrested in Hong Kong in 2003. But he escaped to the mainland before an extradition hearing could be held. His former followers, mostly young girls, have told police they were instructed to have sex with him to wipe out their sins.
