Hobbies / Interests: Its always been radio, music and reading. Music stores and bookshops are where I can spend my time! I'm not into many sports apart from sailing, and I've been a Senior Sailing Instructor for many years - I regularly teach all over Hong Kong.
Favourite artists: Prince is just about my favourite musician. His older material is classic, while every new release is superb. 25 years and still going! Apart from Prince, its all things R&B, Soulful and funky. Alicia Keys, Jill Scott, Erykah Badu, Dido and Mary J Blige.
Favourite movies: I'm passionate about New Chinese Cinema, and have seen many, many great Chinese movies. My favourite director is, of course, Zhang Yi Mou.
Favourite food: I'm a vegetarian and quite fussy. I love Dofu and Sichuan style chinese food; Cheese, Bread and a snack called 'Twiglets'!
Favourite color: Its not something I really ever thought about. It depends what we are talking about. Ferrari's should be Red and the sky should be blue!
